• Listing your business. Use the registration form — it collects what we need to verify you.
• A listing about your business you did not create. Claim it, or ask us to remove it. We will remove it on request, no argument.
• Editorial review. We are looking for a qualified plumbing or water treatment professional to review the technical content here. If that is you, please get in touch.

What we cannot help with

We cannot diagnose a problem with your plumbing remotely, recommend a specific installer personally, or intervene in a dispute between you and a tradesperson. For a dispute, start with the installer's own complaints process and then their accreditation scheme — WaterSafe, TrustMark and the CIPHE all have one.
